YOU can help end hunger in our community by planting your garden for abundance!

Healthy Day Partners connects excess fresh produce from neighborhood gardens directly to local food pantries to feed our neighbors facing food insecurity.

Homegrown hunger relief - with fresh food connect

Finally, there is a way for you to donate your local garden produce to help improve local community health and strengthen the local food system - while reducing food waste!

Individual gardeners can sign up on the Fresh Food Connect app to donate their homegrown produce and contribute to a healthier community.

Donation Station Locations and times:

  • San Diego Botanic Garden - 300 Quail Gardens Drive, Encinitas: Sundays 9:30am-5:00pm

  • Healthy Day Partners Harvest Yard - 425 Raphael Ct. Encinitas: Everyday 9:30am-5:00pm
