Homegrown Hunger Relief

YOU can help end hunger in our community by planting your garden for abundance!

Healthy Day Partners connects excess fresh produce from neighborhood gardens directly to local food pantries to feed our neighbors facing food insecurity.

Finally, there is a way for you to donate your local garden produce to help improve local community health and strengthen the local food system - while reducing food waste!
